Every BODY Benefits From Wholistic Therapy

Wholistic Therapies enables results by stimulating the body's own natural ability to heal itself.  Our body has innate wisdom to balance, heal, and restore all systems, allowing natural potential for health to be achieved.  Benefits extend to the emotional and cognitive levels of health.  There are many reasons why the body seems to get stuck, including compensation for unresolved trauma and injury, and levels of stress that interfere with the proper functioning of our autonomic nervous system.  Chronic stress may cause our sympathetic system to overfunction (fight or flight).  Wholistic therapy can calm the nervous system (parasympathetic) so our body can heal.  A relaxed immune system functions more efficiently in combatting illness.

Our body has the intelligence to know our perfect blueprint and seeks to achieve optimal health.  This is why a gentle approach, whereby allowing your body to do the work, can be the most effective.  Due to the gentleness of the 'light touch' therapies, these methods are suitable for all ages and conditions.
